About Admission

ADMISSION PROCEDURE FOR BOARDERS AND DAY SCHOLARS

• ADMISSION Form and prospectus can be obtained from the school office on payment of Rs. 500/- (Five hundred only)
• Admission is given from class Nursery to class IX on fulfilling the required conditions.
• Admission is given in large number in pre-primary classes whereas in the remaining classes, is subjected to vacancies.
• Admission for pre-primary classes will be given on FIRST COME-FIRST SERVE basis, while for Class-I onwards on the basis of performance in entrance test.
• After the completion of all procedures, the parents are required to pay the necessary admission fee and 1st installment of school fees at the time of admission.
• Recommended age for admission in pre-primary classes and class-I:
  
  

  Age specification for admissions
  Nursery	2 1/2 years to 3 years
  LKG	3 1/2 years to 4 years
  UKG	4 years to 4 1/2 years
  Class-I	5 years as on 1st april

  
  Documents to be produced at the time of admission
• From classes nursery to class I – Xerox copies of birth certificatesand from Classes II onwards T.C. (original) and xerox copy of marksheet.
• Passport size photograph of the child- 4 copies
• Passport size photograph of mother and father- 2 copies each
• Passport size photograph of the local gaurdian- 2 copies
• Address proof: Xerox of electricity bill/ telephone bill etc
• Caste certificate xerox copy.

NOTE-

• Mere registration does not guarantee admission.
• The principal reserves the right to accept or regect any application without any reason.
